Attorney Krislov received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in 1989, his Juris Doctorate from Stanford University in 1994, and his Ph.D. in Jurisprudence & Social Policy from University of California at Berkeley in 1999. He was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of New Hampshire from 1998 to 2005, where he taught administrative law, constitutional law, and various courses about the judicial system. He has also worked as a consultant to the RAND Corporation's Criminal Justice Program. He has published works on many legal subjects, including criminal justice, the New Hampshire Courts, civil liberties and terrorism, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the American patent system. Attorney Krislov was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2004. Since he started working for Peggy Small in July 2005, Attorney Krislov has concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, domestic relations, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
